Business Development Manager

We are looking for an overachiever who can prove it. Come join us grow our progressive firm with your exceptional business development skills. Young or old, if you have what it takes, we will know. You will be the face of the firm and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective growth strategy.

Job brief

Remuneration
If you’re average, you can earn GHS80k, If you are a star, you can earn upwards of GHS200k

Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the firm’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare engagement letters and ensuring adherence to established laws
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support for clients
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Develop entry level staff into valuable business development officers

Would be nice to have

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in client support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
