We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing professional with strong leadership, excellent writing skills, and a clear understanding of brand building in professional services. You’ll take full ownership of our marketing and communications function, leading campaigns, driving lead generation, and growing Elixir’s presence across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the firm’s marketing and communications strategy.
Own and grow social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Create and oversee content for social media, campaigns, and newsletters.
Translate audit, tax, and advisory topics into clear, engaging content.
Drive brand visibility and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of marketing or communications experience.
Strong LinkedIn and Instagram experience in a B2B or professional services environment.
Excellent writing and content strategy skills.
