We provide audit, tax and advisory services in Ghana to owner-managed businesses, international subsidiaries, regulated financial institutions and NGOs. Every engagement is led by a partner, from planning through to completion.

Founding partner. Leads audit and assurance. Chairs the Executive Management Team and is responsible for the firm's quality management systems.

How an engagement actually runs
The same shape whether the work is an audit, a tax review or an advisory project.
Named in the proposal, in the planning meeting and at the clearance meeting. Not a partner at the pitch and a junior in the field.
Your day-to-day contact, responsible for the timetable, the document requests and telling you when something changes.
Performed at the appropriate grade and reviewed at the grade above, which is how an engagement is resourced quickly when a deadline is tight.
Set out with a practical recommendation and a suggested owner, then walked through with you rather than sent as an attachment.

Six values the firm operates by. They are listed here because each one describes something a client can actually test.
Deadlines are agreed at the outset. Where a date is at risk, we say so as soon as we know.
Where a finding is difficult, it is still raised, and in time to be acted on.
Scale changes the scope of the work, not the standard of it.

Training
Bespoke training for a multinational to address its reporting issues- Situation
- A multinational whose group reporting pack kept coming back with the same errors in it.

- Designed training around those specific errors rather than a general course, and delivered it to the people who prepare the pack.
