A multinational whose group reporting pack kept coming back with the same errors in it.
What we did
Designed training around those specific errors rather than a general course, and delivered it to the people who prepare the pack.

Our story

From Category D to Category A

Elixir opened in 2019 and has moved through every ICAG classification band since, through sustained investment in people and in quality systems.

What classification is, and is not ICAG classification bands are set by reference to firm revenue, so a band indicates the scale of a practice rather than the quality of its work or its eligibility for particular engagements. Those rest on the firm's licence, its quality management systems and the evidence of the work itself.

Upgraded to Category C on consistent delivery and a growing team.

Category B. Larger mandates across audit and advisory, and the beginning of genuine sector depth.
