Method
How the result is worked out
Every answer is scored against defined good practice. Each area is then expressed as a score out of ten and mapped to one of four levels. Your lowest three areas become your priority list.

What this is not
It is not a benchmark. We do not yet hold a comparative population large enough to say how you rank against similar businesses, and we would rather say so than invent one. It is also not an audit or a substitute for advice. It is a structured way of finding out which questions you should be asking.
Honest answers only
Nobody sees your responses unless you send them. The result is only useful if you answer as things actually are rather than as they should be.
